SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Shipping is Australia only.

 

All shipping is conducted by Australia Post, please refer to their website for details on handling times after your package leaves the store.

 

Orders must be processed by 1pm AWST for same day shipping. If order is processed after 1pm AWST it will be packaged and shipped the following day.

 

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning items.

 

Depending on your location your returned product may take some time to reach you once processed.

 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product.


Currently during our closing down sale there will be a delay with handling time. Please allow 1-4 days for processing time due to the volume of orders.  

RETURNS POLICY:

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Myriee Boutique but we understand that sometimes you aren't 100% satisfied, so these are the options we have for you:

 

  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer return refunds for change of mind, we can only offer a refund on faulty garments. We can however offer a credit note or exchange of size (if no size is available we can offer a similar product for you if it is returned within 7 days (IN STORE) and 14 days for online orders.
  • please note click and collect orders are classed as “in store” and same conditions apply. 
  • Store credits do not include shipping costs.
  • Several goods are exempt from returns including: bathers, leotards, sunglasses, phone cases, jewellery, hair accessories, sale items and accessories. 

 

Our policy lasts 14 days (ONLINE PURCHASE’S) if this period has passed since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased. All original packaging and swing tags must be still attached.


PLEASE NOTE DURING OUR CLOSING DOWN SALE THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

How to return your item:

 

  • To complete your return please send an email to myrieeboutique@outlook.com explaining your reason for return, please make sure you include as much information as possible including order number, style, size, reason for return and amount paid including postage.
  • Upon receiving and approving your return request we will issue a Return Authorisation number confirming you to return the goods.
  • Returns are at your postage costs and you must include receipt for proof of purchase and your returns authorisation number.
  • Please address all returned goods to Myriee Boutique, 14B/ Prinsep St, Bunbury, WA 6230.
  • Once goods are received we will contact you, usually in the form of an email confirming that we have received your return and will discuss your options further.

 

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY GOODS: 

 

We do not offer refunds unless the manufacturer can confirm that the goods are faulty.

Once we receive your items and we have inspected to confirm they are faulty, we will send an email to notify you that they have been received. We will then let you know if your returns refund has been approved or rejected after the manufacturer has notified us.

If your returns refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount of the purchase (minus shipping costs) will be issued onto your credit card or original method of purchase.

 

Please note: on all SALE items the sale is final and there is no refund or exchange so please choose wisely.
