Do you do in store pick ups?

YES we certainly do! We have an in store pick up option. Add your items to the cart and check out using our " click & collection" option.  Your order is generally ready within 45 mins but if we are busy things may take a little longer and could be up to 4 hours. Once your order is ready for collection you will be sent a notification via email or text.

can't make it in straight away to collect? noooo stress girl! we hold it till its ready to collect. please keep in mind we have a 7 day exchange period. 

If your order is waiting for collection to long you may fall out side our exchange period.

 

If I purchase a sale item online and it’s not right can I exchange it?

Unfortunately sale items are a final sale and cannot be changed, please choose wisely and read our descriptions of the items before buying. We try to give a detailed description of the item and it’s fit to help you with this process.

 

Do I need to bring my Gift Card/Credit Voucher with me to use it?

YES, to use your gift card/credit voucher you must bring the physical voucher with you. Please treat this voucher like cash as we CANNOT replace this. We CANNOT honour these vouchers without the physical copy, so please keep these in a safe place.

 

Am I able to pre-order items?

At this stage we are unable to pre-order items.

 

 

Are these the only sizes you have online?

YES, unfortunately sometimes we only get one of each size in a style and sometimes we may not get that style again.

 

I'm wanting to know If you have my size available before I come into store, how can I find this out?

      Before coming into the store check out the garment sizes online- all sizes that are available online is what we have in store which makes it easy and convienient to ensure your size is in store before coming in.
